In short
We collect what you send us through our forms and basic, cookie-light analytics. We use it to reply and to improve the site. We don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
1. What we collect
When you book a call or request an audit: your name, work email, company website, competitors and anything you write in the form. When you browse: anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and referring site.
2. How we use it
To reply to you, prepare for your call, run the prompts you asked about, and understand which pages are useful. We don’t use your details for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site and our inbox (website hosting, form handling, email). Each is bound by its own privacy terms. We never sell personal data.
4. Client data
Data you share during an engagement (analytics, CMS access, reports) is covered by your agreement with us and deleted within 90 days after the engagement ends unless you ask us to keep it.
5. How long we keep it
Form messages are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@answerline.co and we’ll respond within 30 days.
